Intelligent Discovery Solutions Announces the Acquisition of iFramework

Intelligent Discovery Solutions, Inc. (iDS) a leading expert testimony and e-discovery management company, along with its sister company iDS-Tech, today announced the acquisition of iFramework by iDS-Tech. iDS provides consulting and best practice services to law firms and to corporations. iFramework provides iDS’ clients with a project management  tool that contains dozens of  best-practices workflows which can be tailored to their internal systems. This acquisition enables iDS to develop custom solutions for clients, and then embed those solutions into a collaborative project management environment that litigation support teams can use repeatedly. iFramework was developed in collaboration with AmLaw 100 law firms and Fortune 100 corporations. By merging with iDS-Tech,  iFramework strengthens its continuing commitment of delivering a  project management tool that shares, tracks and organizes projects, tasks and reporting in one central system.

(iDS) announced today that, effective  December 31,  they have acquired iFramework, an innovative litigation support software company. iFramework’s tools are used by litigation  support departments of  large law firms and corporate legal departments  around the country.
